Reserve Signature Plan
-95/5 Split capping at $10K in company dollar contributions, then 100% split after until join date anniversary
-$600 per month desk fee includes; CRM, agent website, AI tools for client outreach and management, and monthly one on one coaching with broker.
-Personal transactions are not subject to splits, and only cost a $250 transaction fee
-$300 onboard fee includes headshots, business cards, and technology onboarding (no annual fees)
Reserve Select Plan
-75/25 split, capping at $10K in company dollar contributions, then 80/20 split after until join date anniversary
-$250 per month desk fee includes; CRM, website, AI tools for client outreach and management, weekly one on one coaching, listing photography costs, lockboxes/supras, personalized listing signage
-Personal transactions are not subject to splits, and only cost a $250 transaction fee
-$300 onboard fee includes headshots, business cards, and technology onboarding (no annual fees)
Reserve Launch Plan
-50/50 split, capping at $10K in company dollar contributions, then 55/45 split after until join date anniversary
-No desk fee! Plan includes CRM, website, AI tools for client outreach and management, in office coaching multiple days per week, listing photography costs, lockboxes/supras, personalized listing signage
-Personal transactions are not subject to splits, and only cost a $250 transaction fee
-$300 onboard fee includes headshots, business cards, and technology onboarding (no annual fees)
-This plan is required for agents that are brand new to the industry or have fewer than 5 career transactions, but agent may elect to move to another plan after either; A. 6-months licensed at the brokerage AND completion of the training program, B. 5 closed career transactions and completion of training program, OR C. agent elects to join a team within the brokerage.
